We moved to Monmouth, OR in March 2017 and started with one small group. We then launched @resonate_church Monmouth in October 2017.
This month we moved to two services in our gathering space! Pray that we would make disciples who make disciples!

Currently @thewellflorence has 7 future planters in their #leadershipPipeline. To train in preaching, each week 2 do 15 minute sermons before 5 peers, 4 retired pastors and 4 @hbcflorence staff and get coaching/feedback! #Intergenerational #goldmine #FlorenceFactsFromFrye #Send33
To track progress w/ their #LeadershipPipeline (see image) @AT8 and @thewellflorence team use visual tracking for their goals. They’ve already exceeded their goal to have 140 in small groups. 3 months in they average 191 on their “tribe goal” #FlorenceFactsFromFrye #Send33
