Unbelievable that people have to fight for basic rights. The document isnโt even specific regarding what constitutes as โminorโ crime. And decriminalisation is not the answer.

Govt. and justice system would rather decriminalise actual crimes and discrimination to "unclog" number of cases than do justice to people. Priority of this justice system isn't justice but strengthening capitalism by denying rights to the marginalized #StopAmendmentOfRPDAct2016
