The"wouldn't" category is huge. BTC is practically impossible for the average 50yr old plus to own and feel comfortable enough keep when it trades down.

Although #STRD is the least senior preferred in the capital stack and typical of its junk-like nature, dividends aren't cumulative. If you believe in btc and strategy, this is a great opportunity to start accumulating with an effective yield of almost 14%.
Balance sheet strength matters. Other companies will make a more senior product in their own capital stack, but it won't be backed by 650k $BTC. Some of them dont even have 10k $BTC yet.
This will change in the future. But for now, @Strategy is where its at.
