As Captain Potvin says, we have changed our point-of-entry for severe stroke patients (LAMS 4 and 5). The protocol extends to 24 hours from last seen well (including all "wake-up" strokes) and there is no drive time threshold (it was previously 30'). #strokecarechat #go2CSC

@SurviveStroke In Rhode Island we use the LAMS severity score to triage patients to the Comprehensive Stroke Center (CSC). Patients with a LAMS score of 4 or 5 go to the (CSC). #strokecarechat
