App Stores are blowing up with fertility/period/ovulation trackers. There are pages of them. As a #FAM veteran and instructor of the #symptothermalMethod I feel this multitude of apps is generating chaos, confusion, and unwanted #pregnancies blamed wrongfully on FAM/#NFP.
Since time immemorial, #health and survival have been functions of resources, i.e. in modern terms: time, money and education #T1D #symptothermalMethod
"If combined oral contraceptive is the right way for you to avoid an unwanted pregnancy..." -- What if it is NOT the right way for ANY woman? What if there are alternatives without any risks? What if your doctor just didn't tell you about the #symptothermalMethod?
