We asked some of our panel members, what does #SystemOD mean? & how should we move these conversations forward to inspire change
Today we are hosting a Round Table, focusing on System Organisational Development.
We have convened some great, influential panel members, and so we're looking forward to a rich and insightful discussion.

I’ve worked with system leaders who have lived experiences of OD and improvement which they are wedded to - e.g one may be a fan of Kotter others prefer appreciative inquiry - my compromise is usually - let’s use the right tool for the job! #systemOD
#SystemOD A2 @Elizabeth_AQuA my experience is that the end points may be shared but their are different preferences for methods which can compliment or compete - requires respect from all sides for all approaches and ability to cede control
A5 a way for us to articulate success! It is a slow business building system relationships so being able to measure impact would be powerful #systemOD
A5 sometimes having the time and space to connect with like-minded people and work through some of the challenges. Buy-in at the senior level is also crucial to real collaboration and system change #systemOD
A5 I think convening spaces for people to come together and learn. Support for the difficult conversations. True engagement of the people from an asset based perspective #SystemOD
A4 #SystemOD there are some real opportunities especially with the clarity that is emerging in ICS’s around health inequalities - as coaches and improvers we need to be agile, responsive and inclusive
