@1erebuni @USCIS 296 days is not long enough to complete the AP process for my TND-Visa application? It’s unfair to be seperated from my husband just because i am irainin! Please hear us!

@amirm_farid Being Iranian doesn’t diminish our need for family. We deserve the right to be together. Kindly consider our patience, @USCIS.#longApiranian #TDvisa #separation-of-iranian-families

@amirm_farid Disappointed by the lengthy processing time for my TND visa application to join my husband in the US. Waiting indefinitely with no timeline is frustrating and deeply impacts families. @USCIS, can we improve communication and timelines?#Administrativeprocessing

Grateful for the #tdmyspend app notifying me to a significant fraudulent charge this morning, but wondering when #tdvisa is planning to institute a 2FA on unknown websites using a CC for the first time. It would save them $$ and customers a lot of headache @TD_Canada @Visa
How crappy is #tdvisa when the call to replace a lost card has totalled 2 hours of on hold time? Maybe I just won’t replace the card-maybe it is the bank that goes!
@TD_Canada My call was FINALLY picked up at 1 hr & 50 min & transferred to loss prevention. By the time the call concluded, it was 2 hours 2 mins long. I spoke to 2 people to whom I explained my issues & NEITHER apologized for my LONG wait or my multiple calls. #TDVisa #TDBank @TDVisa

I told myself that I wouldn’t hang up on today’s call. Well, it has now been over 1 hour & 27 mins. I had to plug in my iPhone as the battery had begun to run dangerously low. #DoBetterTD #BadCustomerService #TerribleCustomerService #TDVisa #TDBank
@TD_Canada I’m #unsuccessfully trying to place my 3rd call to #TDVisa across the past week. I hung up on my 1st call after waiting 44 mins. I hung up on my 2nd call after 42 mins. Today, it’s over 50 mins. WHY? #TDBank, this is #TERRIBLE #CustomerService! #AnswerTheCalls
#TDVisa calls me re a suspected fraud.First question they ask is for the 3 digit CVS on the back-THEY CALLED ME! I called them back, was on hold for 35 minutes.$5800 in airline tickets on my card. If they called me in first place shouldn’t they have asked me if charges were legit
Hello anyone home at @TD_Canada @Visa to answer why my card was compromised. Anyone else in the same boat? #tdvisa #visafraud #tdbank #aeroplanvisa #visa #creditcard #Hacked
Is the entire country on hold with #TDVISA? I’ve been on hold for over an hour and 15 minutes and still holding. It’s no longer a game. I will not hang up or give up!! #neversurrender
How is #TDBANK @AirCanada so disconnected that they cant put a simple live ledger that shows the Aero points you are accumulating on their #tdvisa? I may be wrong but its embarrassing for billion dollar companies not to have this... contact me so I can build a blockchain for you!
Just received a #TDMySpend notification for a transaction not completed by me. I called #TDVisa right away and got a fraud claim submitted and a new visa sent to me within minutes. If you're not using the TD MySpend app yet, I would now to protect yourself.
Forgot my wallet at home today. Good thing I had my #TDVisa setup on #TDMobilePayment so I could buy lunch!
So, my credit card was frozen due to "suspicious activity." When I phoned #TDVisa the last two purchases on my card were me buying cat food and chardonnay. My name might as well be Krystal "Cats & White Wine" Rudyk. #youdontevenknowme
