I realize folks who have an agenda struggle with facts that don’t support their agenda…but facts still matter even in this upside down world. On 4/8, Hunt’s attorneys filed an exhibit with the court that was unredacted, naming our client multiple times in violation of the court’s existing protective order. On 4/9, counsels for Jane Doe filed motions for protective orders and associated documents that were redacted but inadvertently unflattened (which would allow someone to remove redactions in order to unmask names and other information). As soon as we realized this technological error, we filed documents within 24 hours that flattened the existing redactions and replaced the original filings on the docket. The uncontroverted facts are that only Johnny Hunt’s attorneys have filed unredacted documents in this case…that tragically remain unredacted on the court docket to this day. I’m going to go back to reading my book (no, not hers…as I prefer non-fiction) on the beach. 🏖️
