spring never
arrives on its own,
and the grass does

playing a trick on us…!
Growth asks for an
unquenchable thirst,
an unwavering intention.
Nothing truly blossoms
without inner fire.
First comes thirst,
then intention follows;
and once intention
becomes total,
whether one sits
silently or moves
through a
thousand tasks,
nothing remains
an obstacle.
One begins to rise
above all limitations,
then spring is
no longer a season,
and the grass
is no longer bound
by conditions…
