@unusual_whales Tips are not earnings, they're gifts. No employer should ever collect them for you, pool them with other workers, or have anything else to do with them. #TipInCash #RemoveTipsFromTheBill

@FairTaxOfficial Folks, until the #FairTax passes, start tipping all wait staff with cash. Let’s stop helping the IRS do their “jobs”. #TipInCash

#TipInCash those who are in "Tip Positons," rely heavily on their Tips. The Average Hourly Rate for Tip Positions is below $5.00 per hour. In an eight hour shift that's $40.00 so yes those who are in "Tip Postions" not only rely on our Tips but are Thankful as much. #TipInCash

@MC3b3D @NumbChumsky @eagarrett14 @washingtonpost Yeah, me too. I had to put up with customers’ harassment with a smile to make tips to share with the ornery bartenders who were paid 7X the amount I was paid. Then the establishment would credit me with the entire tip and I would be taxed on it. Fuck that. #tipincash

@quakerpen I remember doing that in the 80s when a waiter went above and beyond for a large group of us from work. The cash went into his pocket. Always #TipInCash

@guardian @BillsRestaurant take the service charge and use it for pay rises and always has done. Staff aren’t allowed to say that they don’t get that https://t.co/c3TXvea70u’s a common thing in hospitality. 🥴

@t_xu Wow you think we are dum. Restaurant industry always had wage theft and under compensation, add #corpfuckery and IPO $$. This is a natural progression of that pathology. You screwed people over for a percentage. I will #tipincash or choose a different delivery service. 1/2

@mattwasfunny .@mattwasfunny Have you been tipping in cash? Because tipping in via the app is what brings your rating down. Because.. you know... untraceable taxes. Why do I say that? 5-star rating. On Uber. And Lyft. #TipInCash

This should be setting alarm bells ringing in the Treasury. The gov needs to shut this loophole down. Topobamba restaurants in Glasgow, Edinburgh & Aberdeen are also up to the same thing. Ask for the service charge to be removed & #TipInCash #FairTips https://t.co/brmVTpVR3D

Tired and outraged by stories of restaurant owners and other companies keeping (stealing) their workers tips? #TipinCash Always bring enough cash to tip your server, rideshare driver and any time where you used to add it to the credit card.
