She called *onshore* support who supported my option of a visual (the simplest option). Such a waste of my limited energy @Toll_Group #tollpriority You need to do **much better** with your #covid processes.

I gave the options again. Manager wanted me to ring around with the store to get written authority to leave and send it to them, despite my personal verbal, which I refused as I'm sick and wished to have this solved by them now. @Toll_Group #tollpriority

Hey @Toll_Group, trying to figure out why a verbal authority to leave, sighting, and/or virtual signature aren't enough for an urgent redelivery while isolating with covid. On the phone with #tollpriority for half an hour now and their best was for me to come out masked to sign.

Seriously @Toll_Group is the WORST courier company in Australia. They lie and say anything to get you off the phone. They never deliver packages on time and refuse to let you speak to an Australian. It’s an Australian company FFS. #Toll #TollPriority

I'm usually pretty quick on the takedown re customer service (or lack of, let's face it) so just a quick shout out to my new BFF from #TollPriority who delivered to a new HQ and out of hours tonight! What a legend John is 💯

Worst courier company in Australia has to be @Toll_Group incompetent customer service with no ability to contact depots or drivers and can’t make outgoing calls. Looks like we will be off to @TNTAustralia #Toll #TollPriority
