Lost package with @USPS? Call and get outsourced support with broken English could barely communicate. This is the UNITED STATES Postal Service! Had to demand a transfer to reach an American rep who actually spoke clear English. Unacceptable. Fix your customer service #USPSFail

@USPS the amount of incompetence is astounding. A package shipped to me on the 17th (priority) made it to my town on Sunday. Was it delivered? No. It was sent to a facility 1.5 hrs away for 2 days. Now its in a facility 3 hours away with an unknown arrival date. #uspsfail

Update on the USPS dumpster fire. I received an invoice that was mailed to me from a company whose address has the same zip code as my home. It was postmarked January 15th. It arrived today with a “please pay by: February 14th” note. 37 days to go 4 miles. Awesome. #USPSfail
