Before I discuss Indian politics on April 24 and 25, seven members of the Aam Aadmi Party who are also Rajya Sabha MPs either joined or plan to join the largest political party in the world. Let's get right to the point: the Indian Youth Congress announced at a live press conference in New Delhi on April 24 at 1 pm that it is launching the 'Behtar Delhi' (Better Delhi) campaign on May 1, 2026, to address civic issues like pollution, water shortages, and waste management, in the presence of Congress party treasure and senior party leader Ajay Maken. The Indian Youth #Congress's "#BehtarDelhi" (Better Delhi) campaign aims to re-establish a connection with voters by positioning the party as the main opponent of the ruling BJP in the capital. This is a good initiative to rebuild a relationship with voters as well as its old cadres and win back their trust, as the Congress has lost the trust of its old cadres and voters from Delhi-NCR due to senior party leaders having lost touch with old cadres and voters who are residing in the Delhi-NCR region. I should now discuss the 3 p.m. press conference that Rajya Sabha MPs #RaghavChadha, #AshokMittal, and #SandeepPathak held in New Delhi's Constitutional Club on April 24. But after being elected to the Upper House of Parliament with the help of the Aam Aadmi Party. Since Raghav Chadha used the word "crimes" during the April 24 press conference, he and six Rajya Sabha MPs could have formed a new party after resigning from the Rajya Sabha to promote clean and honest politics. In that case, he could have justified his use of the word "crimes", but instead he and the other six Rajya Sabha MPs chose the largest political party in the world. So I will only tell Raghav Chadha, "Yeh Jo Public Hai Sab Janti Hai." Today, April 26, the Aam Aadmi Party and the BJP have escalated to the Rajya Sabha, with AAP MP Sanjay Singh petitioning Vice President and Chairman C. P. Radhakrishnan to disqualify seven party MPs who have recently switched sides. And I have no complaints about the BJP as a political party because the party is seizing the opportunity, just as my party would have if I were leading any political party, and the BJP is correct in terms of politics. Regarding the BJP's April 25 press conferences, images from Arvind Kejriwal's new government bungalow-95, shared by the BJP and dubbed '#SheeshMahal2', have become the latest flashpoint between the BJP and AAP. But I would only say that the Narendra Modi government should make a law so that no one can stay in government bungalows and spend #Indian #taxpayer money after leaving Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha, as many political members live in government bungalows in #Lutyens' Delhi even though they are not members of Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha, but I do not want to reveal their names here.
