Patients aggressively advocating for #LongCovid biomarkers and treatments are advocating for themselves and their family but also for everyone else. We are advocating for those who have LC, especially #LongCovidKids, and also for everyone who could still be spared this horror. I will never allow ANYONE to tell me to shut the fuck up. Nobody has the right to silence us. I will keep screaming until the day I die, and I will never try to silence or police the voices of other sick people who are advocating. Ever. If you want this problem solved, get in and stay in the conversation. And fight.

1. absolutely if you have long covid do not donate at least until we have a fukin test.
2. messaging about the findings in blood, antibodies, etc., is absolutely needed so folks understand why they shouldnt donate and also so the masses will demand a test
3. we need to be very very careful not to use words that stigmatize victims of the virus because forty years later we still fighting that mistake (and us doing that shit will just being that to the surface again and hurt them also)
What should have happened is a backward contact tracing, proper epi forensics, AB testing & health assessments on the generally younger fit early infections. All health impacts from SC2 & #CountLongCovid should have stemmed from this. WHY DIDNT IT??
