Not only has @PBOTinfo failed to educate crews about how to setup a line of cones for a bike lane, they have also failed to take any action on behalf of people on #pdxBikes after the #WorkzoneWTF was reported twice (now 3x.) There's plenty of space here, this is just negligence.

Covid-19 physical distancing edition of the #WorkZoneWTF prize here on SW Vermont @BikePortland. Why fence off the bike lane "bikes merge with autos" on this 20mph Local Service street? People avoid the fenced area, autos don't "share" well when you leave them the yellow lines.
Then, just so you know this whole thing with two guys in a truck and a bunch of signs is obviously some kind of performance art joke, they have an orange "bikes on roadway" sign to put down the street after the yellow "bikes on roadway" sign and end of the bike lane. #WorkzoneWTF
Is there an Oregon road construction regulation that requires these signs to be placed in the bike lane instead of being on the grass?
