The people of south Lebanon have a right to be upset, both in the diaspora and those that are displaced. They have witnessed tragedy after tragedy and their livelihoods have been interrupted.
No one is disputing this, and no one is denying the hardships that they are passing through, the title Ashraf Al Nas (the honorable people) given to them by Sayed Hassan Nasrallah was well placed on them.
What is being disputed and categorically rejected is the politicians from the government that are negotiating directly with the Israelis and contributed through their own political and personal agendas to demonize the resistance as well as score shameless points with the southerners while admitting that they (Nawaf Salam) are hopeless and useless. Their stunt today in Nabityah that was used at the expense of the martyrs and displaced is a new low for this Prime Minister.
