Customers shouldn't have to chase multiple teams just to get their own money back.
Please cancel the order and refund the amount to my original payment method.
@siddharth916#Snitch#CustomerService
@SnitchIndia@siddharth916 Extremely disappointed with my experience.Bought trouser from ur Sarjapur, Bengaluru store after being assured my size would be delivered within 48 hours. It's now been 7 days.I asked for cancellation on Day 5. Store said refund was initiated. (1/3)
but tracking still shows the shipment in transit. Customer care says they can't cancel because it's handled by another team. My order doesn't even appear in the Snitch app. (2/3)
Result:
❌ No product
❌ No refund
❌ No accountability
Why is no one talking about this?
@nvidia is offering around 80 AI models via hosted APIs absolutely for free.
You get access to MiniMax M2.7, GLM 5.1, Kimi 2.5, DeepSeek 3.2, GPT-OSS-120B, Sarvam-M etc.
This plugs straight into OpenClaude, OpenCode, Zed IDE, Hermes agent and even with Cursor IDE.
Setup:
– Grab API key: https://t.co/Wfdclm0hY2
– base_url = "https://t.co/VOGC10LmGP"
– api_key = "$NVIDIA_API_KEY"
– select model (e.g. minimaxai/minimax-m2.7)
If you’re building or experimenting, this is basically free inference.
Lock in and start building today anon.
Thank me later.
Our ceo fired the entire 12 person QA team last month and replaced them with an ai automated testing pipeline to save $1.2M
today, we lost $6M in orders because a bot hallucinated a discount code that made everything in the store 0.
The best part? he asked the lead dev to hop on a call with the fired QA lead to see if he’d consult for free to fix it.
corporate greed is a mental illness
Introducing: PlayerZero
The world's first Engineering World Model that puts debugging, fixing, and testing your code on autopilot.
We've raised $20M from Foundation Capital, @matei_zaharia (Databricks), @pbailis (Workday), @rauchg (Vercel), @zoink (Figma), @drewhouston (Dropbox), and more
PlayerZero frees up 30% of your engineering bandwidth by:
1. Finding the root cause for bugs & incidents in minutes that engineering teams take days to identify.
2. Predicting in minutes, edge case issues that a 300-person QA team would take weeks to find.
------
Here's why this matters:
No one in your org has a complete picture of how your production software actually behaves.
Support sees tickets. SRE sees infra. Dev sees code. Each team builds their own fragmented view - and none of these systems talk to each other. When something breaks, everyone scrambles to stitch the picture together by hand.
PlayerZero connects all of it into a single context graph -
→ The Slack thread where your lead said "we went with X because Y fell apart in prod last time"
→ The PR review where an engineer explained the tradeoff
→ The lifetime history of your CI/CD pipeline, observability stack, incidents, and support tickets
So you can trace any problem to its root cause across every silo.
And it compounds. Every incident diagnosed teaches the model something new. The longer it runs, the deeper it understands - which code paths are high-risk, which configurations are fragile, which changes tend to break which customer flows.
So when you sit down to debug a live issue, you have your entire org's collective reasoning and production memory behind you - instantly.
------
Zuora, Georgia-Pacific, and Nylas have reduced resolution time by 90% and caught 95% of breaking changes and freeing an average of $30M in engineering bandwidth.
------
Our guarantee:
If we can't increase your engineering bandwidth by at least 20% within one week, we'll donate $10,000 to an open-source project of your choice.

Indigo Saga
1. Govt issues rules to make flying safer in India.
2. Indigo didn’t like those rules.
3. Asks govt to rollback the rules. Govt refuses.
4. #Indigo collects money for flights that are never going to fly.
5. Don't issue cancellation advisory in advance.
6. Make public suffer for 24hrs inside airport by saying flight delayed. Knowing massive public noise would be created.
7. Refund the money after 24 hrs.
8. Earn interest on the money for months since people booked it.
9. Let entire nation suffer, by choking aviation transport totally.
10. Govt rollback the rules.
Welcome to India.
@vardhankoshal@tortoisepro It was not about the delay but more about the lies which were told all along by customer support multiple times(about delivery).I have several emails where the date of delivery is mentioned but surpassed. All users want is transparency, be it 2 months, 3 months or 6 months.
Disappointed at the way @tortoisepro operates around the false claim of delivery in 4-28 days post approval. I did not get ordered phone for almost 2 months . Had to finally ask them to cancel as I was fed up of false promises @vardhankoshal
@Swiggy@SwiggyCares@harshamjty You have hired bunch of bullies in customer support. I ordered food(ready-made dessert) showing 50 mins ETA (for a 20-min distance). After 75 mins, the delivery partner was still on the way and even going in the wrong direction. (1/4)
@ola_supports As usual, no reply after asking the CRN and no action. There is no action even on safety concerns in ola in broad daylight in public place @bhash@ola_supports@Olacabs
@Olacabs@ola_supports Pathetic experience when driver is threatening to pay without taking the ride. Finally I was levied ride charge of 419 Rs for a ride I did not take. @bhash
