@LaNativePatriot A single year of our defense budget could build 4.5 million homes costing $200,000 to construct each. I am not a socialist but this housing market crisis is easily solvable by waging less foreign wars. It would hammer house prices but I would prefer homes to not be investments.

@orcus108 I imagine this is the equivalent of a piece of an MOE model, it excels in one particular area. Having a small orchastrator model that manages highly skilled, highly targeted, small models outside of a single MOE model will be much easier to run on local hardware.
