- your partner should never be without water and snacks
- you cannot hold a baby too much, take the snuggles, wear them etc, they are wired to be in contact
- get outside daily
- lower your expectations of everything, but know everything changes fast

That's why absolute child poverty is rising. It has to be a priority of the next government to change that.

@CraigNikolic Issues are lifestyle driven & time wasting so no need to spare the resources for injections nor training patients to inject themselves. Ignores the much more costly consequences of deteriorating health from b12 deficiency which can be irreversible. Myopic & backwards

@CraigNikolic My mum has pernicious anaemia/auto immune gastritis & needs b12 injections. Gloucestershire ICB policy is now to only offer oral b12 even to patients with PA regardless of the fact that by definition with PA you can’t absorb it in that form. Their view seems to be all b12 (1/2)

The timing of the election might cause problems for some, esp students coming to the end of term or those who have holidays booked (whoever they intend to vote for). The solution is to apply for a postal vote. Here’s the link to do so. Please share.

@DisabledDoctor See also quarterly appointments in secondary care needed for repeat prescriptions. Appointments scheduled assuming 3m = 13w but pharmacy issue prescriptions on the basis of 3m = 12w. Either needs a 1w additional prescription every quarter or a missed week of medication…😤

@CraigNikolic I remember being thrilled at getting my library card switched to an adult one when I was about 10 - meant I could take out 20 books not 8 and could start on the 14-19 books. Necessary having demolished the kids section by then. My first job was as a library assistant too

@randiftw @clhubes Yeah this. See also posts with +ve pregnancy tests or people acting certain early on that two blue lines = baby in 9 months when you’ve experienced miscarriages. Like I’m glad you get to be naively optimistic and I hope nothing shatters that but I am burnt & jaded so no..,
