📢 Meet the Keynote speakers!
👩🏼🏫 Prof Hazel Screen @hazelscreen@QMUL
Her research centres on healthy and pathological tissue structure-function behaviour and its interplay with mechanobiology.
It was such a delight to be able to share the amazing research from across the faculty of science and engineering at QMUL with so many very special visitors and guests.
Thank you to everyone who joined us on Wednesday for our first Night of Science and Engineering, a celebration of our diverse, dynamic research and the scene of Professor Sir Harry Bhadeshia's inspiring inaugural lecture.
Wonderful evening celebrating Science and Engineering at @QMUL! Including some excellent #Organchip research and a fabulous talk on wildlife filming with the @BBC from newly-minted Dr @gordonjbuchanan!
I'm excited to see our tendon cell paper in pre-print now - we were interested to see the disproportionate ageing changes occurring in IFM cells. https://t.co/xSeQUM8qQG
