@BestBuy couldn’t figure out how to deliver a new #Apple Watch that had been pre-ordered online and after 30 minutes at the order pick-up counter waiting I finally said to just cancel the order. Now I have to spend more time calling @ATT to cancel the service for it.

@Delta DL937 today has been the worst flight experience of my life, and that’s well over millions of miles. There was no one to speak with at LAS, lots of incorrect info all day over 8+ hours. Then you board us and we get told crew has expired, and we may not go. .. horrible!!
