*increase flexibility and mobility
*improve core strength and stability
*allow for a quality active recovery for the athletes
*teach athletes how to control their breathing

We’ve got a great group of athletes! It is so cool to see girls from different sports and clubs come together for one common goal, improving their athleticism!
With High School dead week right around the corner, we are inviting all athletes to join our Speed and Movement Camp at 9am and 6pm on Tuesday and Thursday, 9am on Saturday!
We wrapped up our last football camp of the summer today! We had a lot of fun hanging out with the athletes while teaching them how to move and the game of football! Thank you to all our coaches who helped us put on these awesome camps this summer!
