The SBIF-CCAMP first India #AMR Challenge 2024 was launched on Dec 28th, 2023.

We had a nation-wide search for solutions in
*AMR in Human Health
*AMR in One Health
*Late-stage Innovations in AMR

2.5 months later we selected our top 5 from a pool of 100+ applications with solutions across one health including aquaculture, dairy industry, and neonatal sepsis.

Dr @Taslimarif, Dir-CEO C-CAMP said: "Through this programme we will support selected innovators in tackling AMR, emphasising C-CAMP's ongoing efforts to address this global challenge, through problem-solving, resource-building and mentorship. AMR is a global challenge with widespread market issues that need addressing. We are grateful for the support from the SBI Foundation, which began during the COVID-19 pandemic. This new joint programme aims to foster deep science components at different readiness levels."

Mr. Sanjay Prakash, MD and CEO of @SBI_Foundation added, "It has been a long and rigorous selection process. From the initial 108 applications, we narrowed it down to 5 and prioritised high quality throughout the selection. As a layperson, the concept of AMR was entirely new to me. However, my first visit to C-CAMP gave me insight into the new field. We are excited about this collaboration with CCAMP, which has expertise in deep science and innovation research, with advanced state-of-the-art facilities."
