I’ve worked in emergency departments & general practice but know my boundaries and don’t proclaim to be a “ medic” .
I can manage a wide range of conditions independently and (1 of 2)

@ES_News_ Finally someone brave enough to speak out on what is actually happening in a lot of forces not just Dorset. My son was served 3 gross misconduct cases and cleared of all 3 but the psychological toll was immense and he left his dream job and is so much happier.,

@thedogman_918 @InspGadgetBlogs Happens in the NHS too, another nurse tried to ruin my career under my nose. Definitely hard lesson to learn after so many years in the job I love. Certainly won’t let it happen again.

@CopMoustache Sadly this happens much more frequently than many people are aware of . Officers investigated by the legal system and then picked back up as gross misconduct by the IOPC , it’s madness. It’s time someone considered the poor officers and the impact on them & their families .

@Protect_ServeUK @metpoliceuk So true, someone I know has done 7 years, it was their dream job, what an eye opener! I wouldn’t get away with treating staff the same way in the NHS. Needless to say they are now out of that toxic environment when officers are afraid to police due to repercussions!
