@BradKutner @DelegateTorian 92-0 isn’t enough voice to push #VMSDEP to a full repeal? The people have spoken, the Senate needs to finish it. Remember majority of them already voiced their support for full repeal. The public knows this is a delay tactic.

How can the state review agency expedite the VMSDEP study given their current backlog? This would appear to require prioritizing this study over others that have been waiting for an extended period. Would that be equitable? @VASenate @vademocrats
