@England@FIFAWorldCup Same old, same old. Take a 1 goal lead and shut up shop with 30+ minutes left in a big game and just invite pressure . Go and win the game for heavens sake!!! Italy in the Euros, France in the World Cup, Spain in the Euros and again now with this same tactic. They don’t learn.
@TenHagBall_ Has: La Liga player of the year, record goalscorer in the Bundesliga, Premier League player of the season, Premier League young player of the season, plus multiple players nominated for Premier League POTS & Young POTS.
Reason for poor performances: No Kalvin Phillips.
Wow… 🫠
@damienquirk@RugbyInsideLine Has he? He has 14 caps and only started in 7 of them. Has 4 tries (as many as Tom Curry in 50 caps) and 2x man of the match awards… 🤔
@RnRRugby Not foul play. He’s clearing out another player, is basically bent 90 degrees at the hip and Tompkins falls into him at the last moment. What’s he supposed to do once he’s committed to clearing out another player? It’s a freak accident. The larger issue is still inconsistency
@Ajohn090 Oh don’t get me wrong, I’m amazed a card wasn’t given with some of the previous decisions we’ve seen, but it’s nice to see common sense being leveraged by the officials every now and then. Consistency the ongoing issue.
@Rhodri152 Because it was fine (from a neutral). He’s clearing out another player, is basically bent 90 degrees at the hip & Tompkins falls into him at the very last moment. What’s he supposed to do once he’s committed to the clear out? It’s a freak accident.
@thedanielquick As another neutral, I second you being wrong here. He’s clearing out another player, is basically bent 90 degrees at the hip and Tompkins falls into him at the last moment. What’s he supposed to do once he’s committed to the clear out? It’s a freak accident.
@ScottBowers It’s not a tackle, he’s clearing out another player, is basically bent 90 degrees at the hip and Tompkins falls into him at the last moment. What’s he supposed to do once he’s committed to the clear out? It’s a freak accident with Tomkins falling into the guy as he makes contact.
@btsportrugby Razor. Has to be. RFU need to do everything in their power to get him. England need something different, rather than a face that fits. His record is phenomenal (won everything there is in NZ) and everyone who has worked with him loves him and cannot speak more highly of him
@ITVXhelp any reason why the app crashes after about 15 seconds of coverage every time? This is ridiculous, it’s not like it’s the World Cup or anything & we want to watch a game without dozens of interruptions. Why roll out ITVX at such a big time when it’s clearly not ready…
Raised a support ticket with @bumble over 100 days ago now. No response, other than “you’re in the queue” before closing the ticket without fixing the issue. Open ticket, they close it. Open, close etc. Glad to see customer support with some tech companies is as good as ever!
Hey @bumble, how many Twitter DMs and support requests on the website does it take before someone can expect a response? After various requests over more than 2 months now with zero response, I’m curious as to whether this level of customer service is the norm?
@profnfenton Official ONS data following a freedom of information request showing out-and-out covid deaths, not deaths WITH Covid: https://t.co/MhYkWkgij0
3,774 people under the age of 65, out of circa 55 million people in this demographic…wow. Just wow
@BBCNews If it’s taken anyone 2 years to work this out, then I’m sorry, but they’re beyond help. The public have been properly played here, but most seem to still be buying what the BS merchants are selling.
After our 2020 sponsorship arrangements are no longer viable in '21 due to COVID-19, we have set up a crowdfunding page to cover our operating costs. This ensures we can continue to provide opportunities for some of the most talented players in the UK
