@MicheleG3 In that moment, he was at work. He was giving an interview wearing the uniform of his team. He’s responsible for his actions at work. Also, media do these interviews precisely to get player insights, understand the person behind the play, etc. Well we got that, why ignore it.
I used to drink tons of Diet Coke but it’s been one month since I’ve had a drop.
I want to share some of the changes I’ve observed in myself over that time:
- My health is unchanged
- I’m less happy
- My one source of joy is gone
Thanks for encouraging me on this journey!
@AlexiLalas@USMNT@USWNT grow the fan base and revenue grows. More people in the seats are more people buying merch. More eyeballs on screens. Bigger tv deals etc over the long term. They just have a painfully short term view of revenue maximization.
@DiMartinoBooth@BLS_gov @Quillintel People got stars in their eyes at the peak of WFH. They ignored the risks involved in relocating to a $600,000 (all-cash) house 40 miles from the office. If the boss called them back to the office, they’d just quit and slide into a better, WFH-friendly job.
That idea has soured.
