I'm 99% sure my brain fog and low energy is caused by autoimmune issues, when my fatigue is worse I also have inflammation symptoms like joint pain and itching all over. Doctor doesn't care bc my blood work is normal except high CRP. Hopefully I can fix it with diet changes
