Very poor customer service from @Georgeatasda Order arrived missing one part of a three part set. The associate at customer service was extremely rude- said the only option was 15% off to keep the other two tops 😡 She could see they were still in stock but refused to reorder!

Appalling service from @tu_clothing customer service. Have spent the last 48 hours trying to track a school uniform order that was due on Saturday. Blatantly lied to by customer service. No manager call back as promised and no clue where my parcel is. Totally unacceptable 😡
