@vintedUK @InPostUK Have you actually read what I’ve written??? The items arrived damaged from mould where you’ve stored them!!! Vinted ignoring my messages- what are inpost doing to help?

@vinted So Inpost finally delivered my parcel over 4 weeks later! The items arrived with mould on them- sender says wasn’t there when posted. I can only get a refund if I pay further postage to return item to seller. Why should I be out of pocket? Buyers protection does nothing!

@vinted what are you doing to resolve the massive delays and delivery issues with inpost? This is affecting 6 of my orders and I can’t see what you are doing to address this with Inpost. Anyone else affected by this?

@lili8401 @Deliveroo I had a delivery eith every item cold or smashed up during delivery- I finally got the refund for food but was still charged delivery - shocking when it was the delivery that caused the issues !!!
