In Lyantonde: "I expect you to have evidence-based legislation after this training because as usual FOWODE shapes leaders to legislate well." Mr. Muhangi Fred The district chairperson of LCV noted while opening the capacity building training of newly elected female councilors.

In Luweero: Our facilitator Sylvia Sinabulya takes participants through the organization of council &rules of procedure. She emphasizes the 4 roles of a councilor as;
