India’s Bank employees seek two things rooted in fairness and dignity at work.
#5DayWeekandFairPLI
The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.
At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.
Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.
A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.
@PMOIndia
@Hellobanker_in What's the point of writing here again n again. Everyone knows the state of bankers but the thing is in India no one wants to change so leave the hope of getting anything changed
@PSBPunch Once the psu banks are privitize there will be mass exodus of employees to private bank. Reason cz now all are at level playing field but in private banks atleast work role is properly defined and there digital products are far superior then psu banks.Think again before doing it
@MDahariya Nowadays the pressure on the bankers is so high that there is no survival of saints anymore. This pressure is the reason for creating such unexpected menace cz otherwise you Wil be abused or thrown out of your job and somebody else will replace you and do this job
@shanmugamnagari@kmarkri@DFS_India@FinMinIndia This statement is very true indeed.. Problem is those who are really competent doesn't take promotion and those who doesn't have knowledge doesn't face any competition and get promoted
@TrustifiedIndia If it's really so bad then I am happy that our body is already habitual of it and easily digesting it from last 30 years.. Doesn't need any American replacements
@skh27@abhishek It must be the top management whose discussion it was to collect again the full form and this thing is in practise in almost all public sector banks. They are just digital on paper but in reality they are still reluctant to get fully digital.
Staff always do what top says!
