Disappointed with my recent purchase of Moto Edge 40 from @Jiomart on Nov 23, 2023. The phone's proximity sensor isn't working, confirmed through device diagnosis. helpdesk refused assistance, directing me to the brand store for repairs. Did I pay 27K for a faulty product?
