@greateranglia I wanted tocheck i could use off peak ticket on the 18:30 Ldn-nch as website said so & its last day of holidays. Info centre , ticket office & barrier staff all said no & one even laughed at me for thinking it. Well guess what I can.. great info centre that is !

@Johnboy13579246 @greateranglia @mattjohnson333 Exactly that! People just kept pushing. i was near a door & could hardly breath at points. I didnt want to get off in case I couldn't get on the next train & got stranded... great choice! Staff didn't stop people from trying to push everyone inside.

@greateranglia @GNRailUK @EDP24 my journey from Ldn to norwich is an absolute DISGRACE . Engineering works& cancelled train when there's a footy match & no control at the stations so we were genuinely close to a crush situation several times. How no1 was injured is astonishing

@greateranglia what's the point in paying extra for 1st class norwich-london when there's no working toilet?! And the nearest working toilet has no soap? Such an overpriced service
