Day 3. Had some drinks last night with friends. Focused on the connection and being in the moment more than usual. When I got home even buzzed I had no desire to do anything but go to bed. I think even with a recent relapse, my cumulative efforts are unwiring the addiction
I know people say don’t stay on here when trying to quit, but honestly if you can manage to change your algorithm (quite easy by just putting “not interested” on any domme post) it’s actually great. Just others on the same journey here. Encouraging and inspiring. Community here!
Honestly kind of pathetic now seeing the dommes trying to lure back people suffering. Realize how pathetic they’re being. Brush them off. Push forward. Build your own life
@stephv0v Here to post and have tuned my algorithm to be lurking almost entirely on others trying to get better too so I can encourage them. Thank you and good luck to you too 🫡
@ASSnATMaddict Their lifestyle seems glamorous but it’s really not. I recently was able to get the story from a friend of a friend. They’re always just strung out on some drugs, on so much ozempic and other weight loss shit that fucks with their body, and glued to their phone. It’s all fake
Day 1 again. Had some girl troubles and rejection today. Feeling low. But no relapse. Even told my now former domme yesterday that I can’t keep doing this. To my surprise she actually said she’d disengage with me, which is promising. One day at a time
