@bbctms can someone help us out - what is this telling us? There officially 67 minutes of play left

[helen bourner @helscb]

@HADCAcharity @VolunteerHADCA @HGcomhouse @HELP_Harrogate @communityfit1 Delighted that Elaine will be joining us to take HADCA on the next stage of its journey working with our private, statutory and voluntary sector partners to support individuals, our communities and other organisations.
Looking forward to working with you Elaine!

Had a really great day at @RWalledGarden today doing the pumpkin thing, woodland trail and of course brilliant hot chocolate and brownies. We loved it!

Ideal placement. Morrisons Hastings have ‘unleashed’ Boris on the bottom shelf of their book section. Thought the title of Miranda’s book might have been more appropriate ….

[helen bourner @helscb]

@nationalrailenq What time did the 10:30 KX to Edinburgh train arrive at York after it was delayed at Doncaster because of the #Thirsk incident?

[helen bourner @helscb]

@hugorifkind Partially concealed logo looks like Team GB so probably not his ‘cagoule’ at all.

[helen bourner @helscb]

Big thankyou to @partneraiethogwen in Bethesda for accommodating me at short notice to take part in an online meeting with @BNSSG_ICB. For anyone travelling in North Wales and needing workspace, look no further!

[helen bourner @helscb]

Another poorly thought through idea in the shape of the National Service Scheme. The £2.5bn could achieve great things if distributed amongst existing charities working with teenagers. Use local knowledge like @HADCAcharity @VolunteeringHADCA to make volunteering come alive

[helen bourner @helscb]

@MaxRTucker can you share details of how to send £ to the Ukrainian drone teams you wrote about in @thetimes on Sunday

[helen bourner @helscb]

@MaxRTucker can you give details of the crowdfund site you refer to in the @thetimes article today?

[helen bourner @helscb]

@YNYCombined @DSkaith Great to see @DSkaith has made such visible early contact with the VCSE to understand more about their contribution to making York and North Yorkshire a great place to live. @HADCAcharity and the 1000s of other VCSE organisations look forward to working with him

That’s a great step, so many people don’t understand the funding challenges facing the care sector. Let’s hope other councils follow NYC’s lead. @clairehenry_

[Peter Lacey @peteratWSP]

So pleased today to have my motion at North Yorkshire council in support of hospice funding pass unanimously with full cross party support today. This adds to growing pressure from many sources in recognition of the erosion of govt funding for the sector.

Such a disappointing decision - yet almost expected after their inability to control the 4 wheeling off roading that’s destroying so many Lake District green lanes. How is the huge huge influx of traffic going to be managed?

[Friends of the Lake District @FriendsofLakes]

We are disappointed at the decision to approve the zip wire attraction at #Elterwater Quarry and stand with the many members of the community, and others who love this area, who have many concerns about this development.

You could say that the whole test series #INDvsENG was a joke

[The Friendly Cricket Collective @PeoplesCricket]

Getting some boring tasks done around the house today... Anyone got any cricket jokes to share please #CricketTwitter ? Hoping for enough humour to quietly lol but not so much I fall off my ladder. Plan your jokes accordingly. High hopes from you @WG_RumblePants 😜

[helen bourner @helscb]

@DyfrigH Dismal! The wooden spoon. Ouch

[helen bourner @helscb]

Just passed that same spot on the way back from the ground - and there’s another game going on. #lovingdharamshala

[simon hughes @theanalyst]

Love the places they find to play cricket in India #dharamshala #iccworldcup2023
