Paid @virgintrains £3 for 3 hours' Wifi access (train journey) on my tablet. An hour later, still can't get online 🤬 #RipOff
It's not a signal issue, as my mobile hotspot works just fine on my phone (thankfully!)

@VirginTrains Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately my tweet wasn't sent during my trip due to lack of Wifi, but I had tried forgetting & reconnecting, as well as restarting my phone, but nothing worked. I'll buy before boarding, next time 🤞
