@KenyaAirways @KQSupport I travelled to Douala on Sunday, still haven't received my only bag I travelled with. I have had to buy new clothes and it's ruining my business meetings here. I still have no concrete answer as to where my bag is. Your customer service is incompetent 1/2

2/2 it seems it's better to travel @flyethiopian than KQ to West Africa. There were 20+ other people who didn't received their luggage too. Now that it's still uncertain I have to buy new clothes and. New bag to carry all those clothes.
