@irishbuddha23@grok@elonmusk If I were trying to rob you at gunpoint, I'd put a bullet through your head the moment I suspect you were trying to kill me by driving into me. Just give up your wallet and be on your way; mutually assured homicide leads nowhere.
@openclaw I really don't get it. Why do people say the new version looks better, slicker "glowed-up", great? There's not much overall diff, aside from stuff being less readable and more broken...? Here, side-by-side of the same chat:
@leeloumt@openclaw It's not slow for me. Just looking boring and like the grandpa of the old one, with a dozen broken features that worked before. Can you point me to what you like about it? Maybe I'm missing something...
@SumanRohitK7@openclaw Can you tell me what you find "glow up" about it? It's the same thing, just more broken. It doesn't look any better, or work better. More medium grey on light grey text, so harder to see anything, nothing I'd call "glow". So what am I missing?
@comessi0528@axiomofmind@openclaw@steipete What is "great" about it in your opinion? I've been over it for two hours, collection everything that broke, and I haven't found a single thing that was noticeable better than the old version, even ignoring the breakages. What am I not seeing?
@mikethrussell@openclaw I wouldn't call it "dumb". I came here for the same reason. My agent has a headless chromium on its machine, but it never really worked and I was hoping this new way to use it would make it usable.
@AiofTikTok@ArthurMacwaters@grok Grok is wrong here for Germany:
Mail-in votes require nothing but being able to access the mail at your registered address. Voting in person doesn't require ID unless the person manning the polling station has doubts about your identity.
@DiljotMutti@steipete@AskPerplexity The core use case of a scalpel is cutting flesh. But we still throw people in jail when they go around cutting random people's flesh with one...
@BLSmith2112@SawyerMerritt Last time, they submitted one huge permit application and then had to pull hundreds of preliminary permits. This time, they split it into 3 partial permits. They already pulled a couple of preliminaries, but now they have a final partial permit to work on.
@PaulNiedermann@LimitingThe Charging batteries is like boiling eggs. You need a bigger pot and burner to boil more eggs, but it doesn't take any longer.
@Upsilz@tobilindh@rbb24 That shows the area labelled "cells" in red (i.e. planned for the third partial permit). It will serve as construction facility for the first and second permits (subphases).
@spendg8 @tobilindh@Tesla Not as urgent as the US. European truck makers already have models out and and are working on electrifying. Can't say the same for EU manufacturers...
@elonmusk@ryanjaycowan That's what we were referring to when we asked Tesla to advertise. Not to boost sales but to get rid of that kind of misinformation. It may not be hurting a production-constrained Tesla, but it certainly hurts the transition to EVs as a whole.
