@sourtimes_rem I know vivid seats isn’t reliable. It sold us fake tickets and refused to fix it. We listened to the first half of the match outside while their customer service wasted our time.

@sourtimes_rem @GrandeTourNews Vivid seats sold us fake tickets in spain and then wouldn’t get us new ones before the event even though there were plenty of comparably priced tickets still available on vivid seats. I don’t recommend vivid seats for anything.

@rrodri14 @VividSeats Uh no. We bought fake tickets on Vivid Seats. Vivid Seats had 1+ hours to fix the problem before kickoff and chose not to. I’d buy through someone else unless you want to be outside listening to an event inside.

@pistons15 @VividSeats Good luck with that. I relied on Vivid Seats and ended up with a crying child because his birthday present was a fake ticket from @VividSeats. Then @Vividseats refused to replace our fake tickets with real ones even tho @VividSeats had our money and an hour before kickoff.

@VividSeats @popeye732 @iAmSinecal Glad they took care of you. @vividseats sold us fake tickets and wouldn’t make it right. They had an hour before the match and strung us along for almost an hour-and-a-half. Sat outside the stadium listening to the crowd and hoping to get in.

@whizp @VividSeats @StubHub @vividseats hosed us 2 weeks ago. Fake tickets to European football match. Contacted Vivid Seats 80 minutes before the match and stayed on the line. Gave us a refund instead of making it right. We flew, bought jerseys, and @vividseats let us down.
