@jrssnet humans 1 machine overlords 0. Had a similar run in with Fridge Freezer. When I would go away for more than 3 days the it tripped the supply. When I was home it worked fine. Took a while but found the issue. Bring back simple dumb appliances. Up the Luddite revolution!
