@TheRAC_UK Been waiting 16 hours for recovery. Was told at 10:30 yesterday that recovery would be at 04:15am today. That didn’t happen. Called at 8:00am apparently only got raised to 3rd part contractor at 07:50am. 2 hour ETA. This still has not been recovered as off 14:33

Spoke to multiple advisors. 3 “escalations” to managers with a promised phone call. No one has contacted me. To be honest this has got to be hands down the most shocking customer service.
