@KLM Hi @KLM — our checked baggage (PIR Ref: ORDKL16021) has been 'in transit' for 4 nights. We are two passengers in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where it is cold, and we were assured at the airport our bags would arrive the next day. They still haven't. Call center also closed

@GoibiboSupport I get a message from Kunal to DM. Then nothing happens. I send a reminder and I am asked for the ticket details all over again. Writing to @makemytripcare@DeepKalraMMT has haf no reaponse. Even emails to them has had no response. Give my money back.
@GoibiboSupport i had an issue in 4th feb. Since then spice jet has confirmed that money was refunded to your sub agent. Yet all I have from you are messages that my complaint is closed. @flyspicejet can you look into this? @Goibibo are you just a thief?
@flyspicejet Still no response. A 6.5 hr advance reschedule on SG51 (4 Feb) with no SMS/email is not acceptable. Passenger reported as per original confirmed ticket. Refund not credited to me. Forced to repurchase at higher fare. Escalated. Awaiting action.@AirSewaIndia
@flyspicejet the fact that you don’t feel the need to address the issue is so frustrating. Your staff at the airport refused to come and talk to me. @AirSewaIndia you have to look into all this.
@flyspicejet More routes? Why when you can’t manage the routes you have? You reschedule an international flight ahead by 6 hours and your staff says several Dubai flights are being rescheduled. And then you don’t contact the passenger !! And no one is available to talk.
@flyspicejet sending me an email that the ticket amount has been refunded to the sub agent of him I am unaware is NOT a solution. @AirSewaIndia I have a complaint number and this is not what I am expecting! There is no notion of customer care!!
