Reform MP Richard Tice previously refused to apologise for not declaring a trip to Israel but did so this week in the House of Commons.

The trip was funded by the newly-created Reform Friends of Israel, where Tice concluded that the Gaza famine was a ‘blatant lie’.

In July, Declassified also reported on another trip for Reform figures costing £50,000 that was funded by the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs via Conexión Israel – a company based in Jerusalem that organises high-level country visits.

The delegates returned singing Israel’s praises and denouncing British protesters marching against the war in Gaza as antisemitic and ‘naively propping up a terrorist ideology’.

If Ed Miliband now says that "nothing can justify what has unfolded in Gaza since October 7th," then Labour has a serious question to answer.

Why did Keir Starmer resist calls for an immediate ceasefire for months, while the devastation was unfolding in front of us every single day?

By the end of 2023, more than 5,000 Palestinian children had already reportedly been killed. Hospitals were being damaged and overwhelmed, families were being buried beneath rubble, and the civilian death toll was rising relentlessly. Yet Labour continued to argue for humanitarian pauses rather than an immediate ceasefire.

If nothing could justify what followed October 7th, why did it take Labour so long to say: enough?
