@OptimumHelp for nearly 2 wks my internet has been consistently going out intermittently after 7pm. It is annoying and makes it nearly impossible to stream, watch TV, etc. On my TV I've seen the error codes apl 250 and 251. What's the permanent fix besides ditching your service?

@OptimumHelp wifi has been out for hours in North Brunswick. It's supposedly being worked on and updates said it would be fixed by 4:57. After contractor dug this up no one has stopped by. How is it being worked on and what's a legit estimated repair time?

@OptimumHelp going on at least 5 hours of no wifi, huge outage in central NJ. Originally estimated fix was 7:24pm. Now the outage map ranges from "update pending" to "pending assessment" to "repair in progress". What is it, and when will it be back? Beyond ridiculous 😒
