1/ Hi @Payoneer@_PayoneerHelp , I'm writing to seek urgent assistance regarding a payment transfer issue. On Dec 28, I initiated a transfer from my Wise account to Payoneer. Unfortunately, the funds haven't been credited, I've not received conclusive updates.
4/ I kindly request your immediate attention to this issue and a swift resolution. Your cooperation is highly appreciated. Please advise on necessary steps (apart from waiting) to expedite the review process and receive the funds.
3/ Regrettably, despite reassurances, I've not been contacted by the Global Bank Transfer Department in the past 20+ days. This delay is causing significant inconvenience. I'm reaching out for guidance on the next steps to resolve this matter promptly.
and from 6th jan they keep saying our relevant department is working on it and they will reach you. since 6th jan they haven't provide me anything solid. I need you guys to be please take this issue very serious, I've been using Payoneer 5+ years. Please resolve this issue Asap
@Payoneer I sent an amount from my wise to my Payoneer account on 29th decemeber 2023 but i didn't received it, upon checking with customer support of payoneer, they advised that i will recieve the amount on 5 jan 2024.
