@MetCastPod I am sure there are other variables though at that level. Arm angle, release point, windup, etc, must match other pitches. That would be the hard part that would take time.
@MetCastPod I did. Its not hard to throw a MLB curve ball. Just takes practice and good coaching.
Saw my coach at the fair 20 years after graduating. He said “Best curveball in the state of Florida, if you had a fastball everyone would know your name’. Wish he said that when I was playing.
@j_nucero@NYNJHarper@jsull11 Pete was top 5 in oaa. Number 4 between all 1b in mlb. He wasn’t below average defensively, that was the narrative created by the media from the occasional bone head play and the bad throws. Stearns fucked up so bad and got Mets fans to turn against their homegrown star.
@ScienceWhats@BigSteJr74@TaraBull That is fair. I am sluggish without it, but i go on with my day like any other. I have had real withdrawals before from roxys. Quitting Kratom isn’t even on same scale, even tho affects are similar. withdrawls are aren’t going to keep you in bed for days. Maybe put u in bad mood.
@go_mules@BigSteJr74@TaraBull I got into it looking for a mild buzz -not weed or alcohol. Something i could take and function on daily and not be addicted. I pause sometimes to check myself and 0 withdrawls. No more weed or alcohol for 7 years now. Just coffee, kava, and kratom. Habit forming, not addictive.
@kingzorious@BigSteJr74@TaraBull I take 2 tablespoons daily with cranberry juice in my sippy cup that is always with me. Take it all day as long as food is in my belly. Drink 1 sippy cup a day. That is almost 30 grams a day.
No issues.
@go_mules@BigSteJr74@TaraBull I was nervous about taking it daily. When i first heard of it the internet said so many bad things. I kept going to doctor yearly for physicals and expected them to tell me bad news. My dr. told me this is doing absolutely nothing to me. I drink tons of water for hydration.
