Wala talaga kayong kwenta @PLDT_Cares ! Bakit nawala yung report ko kahapon regarding sa LOS !tapos hindi na matrack yung report! Niloloko nyo ba ako! Wala pa din kami internet ,kakabayad ko lang !!!

@PLDT_Cares, LOS since May 17 and internet is still down. Weโve called more than 10 times already and were told our case was marked high priority/urgent.
Were told a technician would visit yesterday, no one came.
