SendGrid recommended I entered my address exactly as it appears on my bank statement and that worked. Two incorrect char in the postcode. D’oh! But what’s interesting is that the error message said it was a 3DS2 problem - which is false.

Meanwhile, SendGrid don’t even seem to support or give the option to authenticate with 3DS2.

Keen to know if PSD2 aka 3DS2 is causing pain for others. Lots of our customers are churning b/c of 3DS payment failures on subs that had been happily running for years. Not sure what the solution is. Looks like we might end up reauthing ever single customer at this rate.
