@korablev need a better memory optimization, yab struggle when a lot of tabs open

[Aditya Citratama @hi_additif]

@caidanwilliams as a fellow Arc lover, i recently found @yab_browser and it’s the one that really felt like Arc

[Aditya Citratama @hi_additif]

@arcinternet i knew this is going to happen sooner or later, i’m just moving browser to browser at this point trying to find that Arc feeling, i found that recently in @yab_browser , but let see if it could last long enough

[Aditya Citratama @hi_additif]

@emilkowalski gg emil

[Aditya Citratama @hi_additif]

@korablev some want to become Arc, but this browser really felt like what Arc could’ve been, i’m impressed

but keep in mind that you need to assess whether the secondary action is rarely used. if it isn't, you should keep it always visible

[Aditya Citratama @hi_additif]

show secondary actions only once users express their intent. this helps prevent clutter, especially in internal tools that have many actions.

[Aditya Citratama @hi_additif]

a couple months back, i just put both cancel and re-sync button as disabled until user select an item

[Aditya Citratama @hi_additif]

this, especially when designing a niche internal tool where is very hard to do benchmarking

I ask AI to help with decision making.

You might have noticed that in the example above, but I genuinely try to ask AI for direction.

AI is really good at brainstorming interesting solutions for problems. Sometimes that's all it takes to make your product truly great.

@pendev generate multiple design variation in a canvas saved me so many hours compared to prototyping directly in code

[Aditya Citratama @hi_additif]

my workflow with @pendev starting to click after a week designing my side project

[Aditya Citratama @hi_additif]

@pendev read code -> set up foundation in pen -> read linear issue -> design multiple variation -> iterate -> implement

[Aditya Citratama @hi_additif]

i just love a smooth transition and glad i didn't forgot to add @Jakubantalik border beam as the final touch when starting up the plugin

previously timeless font and now paper mono, what a time to be alive

[Vlad Moroz @vladmoroz]

Paper Mono!

sooo excited to finally release our free and beautiful mono font

it works incredibly well for design, coding, and even prose, and it’s packed with features: variable font weight, coding ligatures, duospacing (!) for long-form text, and more.

sound on:

[Aditya Citratama @hi_additif]

@heliumbrowser spaces when?

[Aditya Citratama @hi_additif]

@driceroland just submitted a bug report on your repo, keep it up!

[Aditya Citratama @hi_additif]

just trying this out as m default, the experience is very minimal but felt polished and the RAM usage was way less, now my mac can breath

[Drice @driceroland]

introducing search, a free and open source browser for mac, built on webkit.

i think i could make the recording better 😂

[Aditya Citratama @hi_additif]

i just love manually tracking where my money’s going, so i built the quickest way for me to input it
